Why work with us

01

No Japanese? No problem!

We communicate in English inside the company. We also make active use of AI to free creators from language barriers and the stress of paperwork, so they can focus on making their work.

02

Plenty of rewarding work

We work together with lead production studios, so you can be involved in a wide range of projects.

03

Partnered with Japanese studios

We make our works in partnership with lead studios in Japan, so you get to work side by side with Japanese creators.

04

A desk in Tokyo, or your own

You can join us onsite or online. If you would like to try working in Japan, we will actively support you.

05

Being from abroad does not make you a minority here

We are a company made up mainly of people from outside Japan. Being from abroad does not make you a minority here, and you can take part in running the company.

To make it easier for creators from abroad to work here

HANDLEDVISA PAPERWORK

The company handles your visa application and renewal for you. You do not have to deal with the paperwork yourself.

COVEREDVISA COSTS

To keep things fair with our Japanese staff, the company covers the cost of obtaining and renewing your visa.

LEAVEHOME LEAVE

Staff from abroad get special leave to visit home, separate from their paid annual leave. We want you to go back and see your family at least once a year.

CUT 02

OUR VALUE

Professionalism。

As the value shared by staff from different countries, cultures and languages, we hold up "professionalism". What we should do as professionals in animation production is the principle that guides how we act.

CUT 05

Hiding in Amano-Iwato, the Heavenly Rock Cave

SCROLL TO ASSEMBLE

When Amaterasu hid in the rock cave and the world lost its light, the gods sang and danced cheerfully, drew her out of the cave, and brought light back to the world. That cheerful entertainment, and a light that shines on everything, are where our name comes from.

A door that stayed shut for no better reason than which country you were born in. We open it from the outside, by making noise.

There are thousands of people abroad with the skill and the appetite who simply never find the road in. We are the company that makes noise outside that door. Schedules built around time zones, contracts shaped for overseas studios, the paperwork of actually bringing someone over — fix the plumbing and the talent shows up on screen by itself.

Our mark is an A, a C, and one face wearing light. Drawn as a single line that never lifts off the paper — which is also how we try to run the company.
